The outer velcro sticks through the buckle. Step 2 If you will be using the arm sling on your right arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your left. If you will be using it on your left arm, the opening of the arm pouch should be pointing to your right. Step 3 Put the sling on. To adjust the length of the strap, slide the glide on the front of the strap. Step 4 Adjust the waistband to be fixed.
